ecoi.net launches community platform

ecoi.net launches a community platform allowing for the creation of online discussion forums. High quality COI contributes to fair and efficient procedures for international protection. The community platform shall foster discussion, knowledge sharing and networking among organisations and professionals active in the field of COI.

The first forum available on the community platform is the “COI Forum”, managed by Asylum Research Consultancy (UK) and the Dutch Council for Refugees:

“The COI Forum is a free online tool for all COI researchers and users of COI working in refugee status determination to share publications and ideas on COI research and sources, as well as to develop shared resources. The COI Forum is open to such organisations and individuals, subject to approval by the COI Forum moderators, but is a confidential private discussion group only for the use of its members.”

Requests for membership to the COI Forum can be directed to the Asylum Research Consultancy. Please follow these instructions: COI Forum Governance & Membership info.
To access the community platform, you need an ecoi.net-account. Registration for ecoi.net is free.

We hope our community platform will contribute to knowledge sharing.
