Linklist on the role of evidence in refugee status determination

We have added a linklist on the role of objective evidence in the refugee status determination process to our blog. The linklist is maintained by Elisa Mason for the Fahamu Refugee Programme.

A new linkroll feature has been added to the sidebar of this blog. Its purpose is to highlight recent publications that discuss the role of objective evidence – country guidance, medico-legal reports, etc. – in the refugee status determination process. To access a text, simply click on a title of interest. To browse the complete collection, click on “more links on evidence” below the linklist to be directed to the Delicious bookmarking service that hosts the links.

This small collection is a sub-set of a larger current awareness bibliography maintained by Elisa Mason for the Fahamu Refugee Programme, a service that provides information support to legal aid providers around the world (which recently merged with the International Refugee Rights Initiative).

An RSS feed for the linklist is available at http://feeds.delicious.com/v2/rss/srlanlibrarian/evidence

Elisa Mason also maintains the Forced Migration Current Awareness Blog and a research guide on forced migration.
