10 years of ecoi.net – we thank and congratulate all those involved
ecoi.net went online in 2001. We now introduce “featured topics” for focus countries and improved the site’s performance. Look forward to further developments in the coming weeks.
ecoi.net was founded in 2001 on initiative of UNHCR. It is run by ACCORD, a department of the Austrian Red Cross, and the German Informationsverbund Asyl & Migration.
To celebrate this anniversary, we improved the performance of the site during the past weeks and we now offer “featured topics” to cover current events for selected countries.
Please see our first two featured topics on Afghanistan and on Syria.
We will implement further improvements in the coming weeks.
