Information on the requested subject could
not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC.
However, a Panamanian working at the United Nations in New York
stated in a telephone communication that the referred university is
very small, and that any student association in it could be
expected to be pro-Alianza Civilista since the students who attend
that centre are mostly, if not all, from well-off families (upper
or middle-upper class of Panama).
Another source that might be able to
provide information on the subject could not be reached on time to
meet your request's deadline. Should additional or corroborating
information be obtained, it will be forwarded to you
immediately.
