The IRBDC is presently unable to acquire the requested documentation. Earlier attempts by the IRBDC to obtain a copy directly from the source met with no response. Moreover, though External Affairs reluctantly agreed to acquire the requested newspaper, it was on the condition that this would be a one-time request.
