Country Report on Terrorism 2024- Chapter 3 - Sudan

Sudan:  The Sudanese Armed Forces and Sudanese security services were principally engaged in the continuing armed conflict.  Much of the country remained contested, with limited state governance or security provision, which created potential terrorist safe havens.
