Information on the leaders and activities of the Youth Liberation Movement (YLM), a youth wing of NADECO in Ondo State, could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

In a letter faxed to the Research Directorate on 26 May 1998, the office of NADECO in Washington, DC, stated that NADECO leaders usually work with youths. However, "we are not aware that NADECO has a youth wing in Ondo State" or "any NADECO youth wing as a distinct organization or body in any state in Nigeria."
