As requested, for information on this group the IRBDC contacted Professor Bruce Matthews of Acadia University, an acknowledged expert on Sri Lankan affairs. Professor Matthews stated that the name when loosely translated means "human rights organization". He is not familiar with any organization so named. No other information on the organization is currently available to the IRBDC.
