Information on the current situation of supporters of Abbas Koty, leader of the "Comité pour redressement" (CNR), could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB. According to Amnesty International, however, several people believed to be supporters of Abbas Koty, former minister, after his death on 22 October 1993, were detained (8 Nov. 1993). One of the detainees, Adoum Badour, was reportedly released. For additional information on this topic, please refer to the attached document.
