Article 56. Circumstances aggravating
Aggravating circumstance are recognized as:
(…)
l) on the grounds of racial or ethnic hatred or enmity;    
(…)

Article 97. Murder
(1) Intentional murder, - shall be punished by imprisonment for a period from ten to fifteen years.
(2) Intentional murder under aggravating circumstances, that is:
(…)
k) committed on grounds of interethnic or racial hatred;
(…)
m) committed on grounds of religious prejudices;
(…)
shall be punished by the imprisonment for a period from fifteen to twenty years or life imprisonment.

Article 104. Intentional infliction of serious bodily injuries
(1) Intentional infliction of serious bodily injuries, endangering life at the moment of infliction or causing loss of eyesight, speech, hearing, or any limb, or complete loss of functionality of any organ, psychological illness or any other impairment of health combined with permanent loss of general capacity to work of above 33%, or interruption of pregnancy, or body disfigurement, - shall be punished by imprisonment for a period from three to five years.
(2) Intentional serious bodily injuries inflicted:
(…)
j) on grounds of interethnic or racial hatred;
z) on grounds of religious prejudices;
(…)
shall be punished by imprisonment for a period from five to eight years.

Article 105. Intentional infliction of moderate bodily injuries
(1) Intentional infliction of physical injuries, which was not endangering life at the moment of infliction or causing consequences described in article 104 of this Code, but resulting in long-term impairment of health lasting for a period from twenty one days to four months, or significant permanent loss of general capacity to work from 10% to 33%, -
shall be punished by corrective works for a period up to three years or imprisonment for a period up to three years.
(2) Intentional infliction of physical injuries of moderate severity, inflicted:
(…)
j) on grounds of interethnic or racial hatred;
z) on grounds of religious prejudices;
(…)
shall be punished by imprisonment for a period from three to five years.

Article 173 Intentional destruction or damage of property
(1) Intentional destruction or damage of someone’s property that caused significant harm, shall be punished by a fine of fifty to seventy-five minimum monthly wages, or corrective works for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months.
(2) The same actions committed:
a) on the grounds of interethnic or racial hatred or religious prejudice;
b) by dangerous method;
c) causing serious harm, –
shall be punished by a fine of seventy-five to one hundred minimum monthly wages, or corrective works from two to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years.

Article 156. Incitement to national, racial, ethnic, or religious hatred
(1) Manufacture, possession for the purpose of distribution or dissemination of material advertising national, racial, ethnic or religious hatred, committed after the administrative penalty for the same acts –
shall be punished by a fine up to amount of six hundred of the minimum wage, or corrective works for up to three years, or imprisonment up to three years.
(2) Deliberate acts humiliating national honor and dignity, insulting the feelings of citizens because of their religious or atheistic convictions, committed with the purpose of inciting hatred, intolerance or hatred toward groups on national, racial, ethnic or religious grounds, as well as direct or indirect restriction of rights or the direct or indirect benefits, depending on their nationality, race, ethnicity or religion –
shall be punished by imprisonment of up to five years.
(3)Actions provided by part one and two of this Article committed:
a) in a manner dangerous to the lives of others;
b) causing serious bodily injury;
c) with the forced eviction of citizens from their homes;
d) by the responsible officer;
e) on preliminary arrangement by group of persons –
shall be punished by imprisonment from five to ten years.
