Deadly Bombing At Daghestani Liquor Store

Two people have been killed and at least 15 injured when two bombs exploded in the capital of Russia's North Caucasus Republic of Daghestan.

Daghestan's Interior Ministry says all injured in the the October 30 attack have been taken to hospital.

The attack apparently targeted a liquor store in Makhachkala.

Islamic insurgents in Daghestan and other restive republics of Russia's volatile North Caucasus region frequently attack liquor stores and other public places selling alcoholic beverages as Islam prohibits the drinking of alcohol.
