Treatment of government officials who are perceived as not enforcing what they are supposed to, and examples of "contra's" treatment of high Sandinista officials - Nicaragua [NIC5382]

Information on the treatment of government officials who are perceived as not enforcing what they are supposed to could not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC.

Regarding treatment of Sandinista officials by "contras", please find attached copies of sections from three fairly recent documents dealing with the subject of captures, kidnappings and extra-judicial killings by "contra" forces. However, references to cases of high officials of the Sandinista army or regime in general could not be found among them.
