There is little information currently available to the IRBDC on the Union of Bulgarian Architects. A report carried by the Europe Information Service indicates that the headquarters for the Union of Bulgarian Architects is at 1 Evlogui Georguiev Str., 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria (5 Mar. 1991). This and a subsequent report from 28 May 1991 also state that a permanent international training centre for energy efficiency in the building sector will be established at the Union's headquarters under the auspices of the United Nations Commission for Europe (UN/ECE). Another report from this source states that the Union of Architects has a project to build an energy efficient demonstration building in Bulgaria (20 Sept. 1991).
