No information on the student wing of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML) at Lahore College in Peshawar, the names of the members of its executive committee, or whether these individuals were targeted by the government could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

Only one reference to a youth member of the PML in Peshawar was found in a 27 May 1999 Dawn article:

A local leader of PML Youth wing, Malik Qasim Jan, died at a local hospital here [in Peshawar] on Thursday on kidney failure as a result of alleged police highhandedness during interrogation last week.
On the intervention of chief minister Sadar Mehtab Abbasi's special assistant on youth affairs, Inamullah Khan, who is also the provincial president of [the] PML youth wing, an FIR was lodged against Deputy Superintendent Police, Cantonment, Gul Afzal Afridi, under section 302.
