'Criminal' Moroccan Cafe Explosion Kills 14

Moroccan authorities say terrorists were behind an attack on a cafe today that killed 14 and injured 20 in the city of Marrakech.

Government spokesman Khalid Naciri said it is "too soon" to say who exactly was behind the bombing, but described the blast as a terrorist attack.

Morocco's Interior Ministry has said foreigners were among the casualties.

Marrakech is a popular tourist destination.

The last major terrorist attack in Morocco was in 2003 in the city of Casablanca, which killed more than 40 people.
