Information on when a person is required to produce a birth certificate; on whether people who apply to state enterprises for employment and to state universities are required to hand over the original of the birth certificate and, if so, on whether birth certificates are kept in perpetuity by the state enterprises and the universities; on the application process to obtain a duplicate birth certificate (documentation required, fees, issuer, etc.) [UKR21221.E]
