Information on the School of Law at the University of San Carlos, including its location, curriculum, length of program and director, 1990-1993 [GTM28634.E]

In a 27 January 1998 telephone interview with the Research Directorate, the secretary of the dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of San Carlos stated that the dean between 1988 and 1992 was Sipriano Francisco Soto Tobar. She added that Juan Francisco Flores succeeded Soto in 1992 and remained in that post until 1996. The secretary stated that law programs are generally completed in five years. An employee at the Department of Legal and Social Sciences stated that the address of the Faculty of Law at the University of San Carlos was Ciudad Universitaria, Zona 12, Edificio S-7, Guatemala City (27 Jan. 1998).

A list of courses offered at the Faculty of Law could not be obtained by the Research Directorate.
