The DIRB requested the above-mentioned publication in a 2 April 1997 letter to Bayo Ananunga, Editor-in-chief of PM News. To date neither an acknowledgement of receipt of the letter nor a response has been received by the DIRB. Further attempts to contact PM News office have been unsuccessful.
