As discussed by telephone, please find
attached some documents that describe the Bolivariano rebel
movement. As indicated in the attached documents, the name
Bolivariano reportedly identifies officers belonging to the
military graduating class of 1975-1976, the "Simón Bolivar
promotion." The movement is also referred to as the "Movimiento
Revolucionario Bolivariano 200," and its possible links with the
extreme-left Bandera Roja group is mentioned in the attached
article from the Peruvian journal Caretas (see listing
below).
