In brief: Armenia Liberty is the news service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) for Armenia. RFE/RL is a broadcasting organization created by the American anti-communist organization National Committee for a Free Europe in 1949 and is funded by the U.S. Congress.
