Moscow Resident Reportedly Kills Himself After Receiving Subpoena For Military Service

Several Telegram channels in Russia said on November 20 that a 23-year-old Muscovite shot himself to death after he received a subpoena for military service. The reports say the man texted his friends to say he had received the subpoena but did not want to join the army. According to the report, he was ordered to come to the recruitment office on November 21.
