Deadly Bomb Attack In Afghanistan's Fourth-Largest City Targets Journalists

A bomb blast at a journalism awards ceremony in the Afghan city of Mazar-e Sharif has killed three people and left 13 wounded, Afghan officials said. Some of the wounded were reportedly journalists and children.
