Please find attached an article published by the Associated
Press in April 1990. This article mentions the Mandale, a
Nepalese students group that went underground in 1979 after
Birendra banned the group "for its violent tendencies."
(Associated Press 24 April 1990).
Further information on the Mandale is currently unavailable
to the IRBDC.
