Please find attached a document that reports on the dismissal of academics and other staff from the Superior Polytechnic Institute of Havana Jose Antonio Echevarria (ISPJAE) in January and February 1992. This document lists the persons who were fired, reportedly for signing a call for academic freedom, the release of political prisoners and democratic reforms. Please consult the attached document for details.

Additional information on the subject or references to the political requirements of students at ISPJAE could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB.
