The 5th International Conference in Clinical Forensic Medicine of the World Police Medical Officers in August 1999; criteria for a paper to be presented at the conference; the identities of those who presented papers at the conference [CAN33999.E]

In reply to a question about the criteria for participating in the conference and the selection criteria for papers to be presented, a representative of Venue West Conference Services Ltd. of Vancouver, which organized the conference, stated that:

All potential presentations are sent to the chairman, who will then determine if the submission is accepted. If accepted, the chairman then determines the type of presentation (i.e. paper or poster presentation). Acceptance letters are then sent to the presenter to register. Only fully registered presenters are able to present their talk during the conference.
If the delegate's field of study (i.e. profession) is covered within the conference theme, then he/she can register to attend the conference. (13 Mar. 2000)
