Information on a Mujahideen attack on a post near Herat city called Kandak Kashf around 12 February 1991 [AFG8831]

Information on the above-mentioned subject is currently unavailable to the IRBDC. However, the following information may be noteworthy. A radio Pakistan broadcast monitored by the British Broadcasting Corporation states that the Mujahideen destroyed unspecified "defence installations of the Kabul regime in Farah and Herat Provinces" presumably in February 1991 (BBC Summary 26 February 1991).
