On 23 May 2011, Florence Ndlovu and Walter Dube, who are both working for Zimbabwe Human Rights Association (ZimRights), were arbitrarily arrested by the police; a few days later Dube was released with summons pending further investigation, while Ndlovu was maintained in detention
