Article 161. Infringement on the right to assemblage or manifestation

1. Unlawful hindrance to the exercise of the right to arrange or participate in assemblage or manifestation by means of violence, threat of violence or use of official power,

- shall be punishable with a fine or correctional works for up to one year or deprivation of liberty for up to two years, with deprivation of the right to occupy a position or the right to carry out the activity for up to three years.

2. The same conduct committed by use of arms or which caused mass disorders, loss of life or other grave consequence,

- shall be punishable with deprivation of liberty for up to five years, with deprivation of the right to occupy a position or the right to carry out the activity for up to three years.

Article 347. Violation of the rule of conducting assemblage or manifestation

Violation of the rule of conducting assemblage or manifestation of by organizer of this action, which caused a grave consequence,

- shall be punishable with a fine or restriction of liberty for up to two years or with corrective works for up to one year.
