According to the Report of Fact-Finding Mission to Turkey, which was prepared by the United Kingdom's Immigration and Nationality Directorate, the German Federal Office for the Recognition of Foreign Refugees published a report in February 2001 that "lists political parties which have been proscribed in Turkey" (17-23 Mar. 2001). This list includes the Turkey and North Kurdistan Liberation Organisation (TKKKO) (UK 17-23 Mar. 2001).

No further reference to the TKKKO could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate within time constraints.
