Four Arrested After Blast At Kazakh Prison Camp

AQTOBE -- Four persons have been detained in connection with an explosion outside a prison camp in Kazakhstan's western Aqtobe region, RFE/RL's Kazakh Service reports.
Regional Interior Ministry official Almat Imangaliev told journalists on February 25 that an investigation showed that a car drove up to the camp gates and someone threw out a small object that exploded.
Kazakhstan's Emergency Situations Ministry said the blast caused no injuries or material damage.
