Cause of three-day nation-wide power black-out in Nigeria during early October, 1988. [NGA0815]

The nation-wide power failure occurred during a strike by power workers. Although Nigeria is well-known for its power failures, the government alleges that 13 employees of the National Electric Power Authority caused the power outage.
