No mention of the Krio tribe could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate. Attached, however, is a list of districts, chiefdoms, headquarters, towns and chiefs. The Krio tribe is not among this list (Ethnologue Jan. 2002).
Details on the Krio language, however, were found at Ethnologue. A list of languages and a description of Krio is also attached.
This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
