The Europa Year Book for 1981 reports that the Minister of Agriculture in the Government of Dr. Hilla Limann was Dr. E.K. Andah. [ Europa Year Book 1981: A World Survey, Vol.2. (London: Europa Publications Ltd., 1981), p.380.] However, Keesing's Contemporary Archives Record of World Events reports that the Minister of Agriculture was Mr. N.Y. Agbesi. The IRBDC at this time has no documentation reporting that either was executed. There were, however, detentions of ministers of the Limann Government (including Limann and his vice-president), following the 31 December coup. Agbesi former Minister for Agriculture, were released from detention by order of the PNDC.
