Information on the name(s) of the Secretary General of the Sindh People's Labour Bureau was scarce among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate. According to The News, the People's Labour Bureau (PLB) is the trade union branch of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) (29 Jan. 1999). Shaikh Majeed is named as the Secretary General of the PLB in a 2003 Karachi news report (The News 15 Feb. 2003) and as a PLB "leader" in 1999 (ibid. 1 Feb. 1999). Further references to the Secretary General of the People's Labour Bureau in Sindh province between 1998 and 2003 could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

Dawn reported on the 6 May 2002 that Sagheer Rajput was the deputy secretary general of the PLB's Hyderabad division in Sindh.
