Update to Response to Information Request SOM23808.E of 7 May 1996 on whether Red Cross planes were flying from Mogadishu to Djibouti in July 1995; on whether passengers were being transported on these flights; on whether the Red Cross had problems with Somalis being smuggled aboard, and on what precautions, if any, were in place to prevent smuggling [SOM24131.E]
