relatives from North Korea or relatives perceived by the
authorities as being communists could be found among the sources
consulted by the Research Directorate.

consult the September 1998 Amnesty International publication

This Response was prepared after
researching publicly accessible information currently available to
the Research Directorate within time constraints. This Response is
