Radio Martí informed the Press Office of the Embassy of the United States in Ottawa that it keeps tapes of its broadcasts, not written transcripts (10 Nov. 1992). Some restrictions apply to the dissemination of the contents of Radio Martí's broadcasts, which are aimed at audiences outside the United States. Therefore, the DIRB cannot provide the above-mentioned reports within its mandate of publicly available and publicly accessible information nor can it determine whether the above-mentioned reports were broadcast.
