No information on the commandant identified in the information request could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

The information agent of the Direction of Communication and Municipal Promotion of the City Council of Tuxtepec (Direccion de Comunicacion y Promocion Municipal de Ayuntamiento de Tuxtepec) could not provide information and referred the Research Directorate to the "preventative police" (policia preventiva) of Tuxtepec (10 Sept. 2002). The preventative police did not respond to calls placed to them by the Research Directorate.
