In 19 November 2004 correspondence sent to the Research Directorate, the Chairman of the Albanian Committee of Nationwide Reconciliation provided the following information:

There is, in Albania, a blood feud organization called "Misionarët e Paqes dhe të Pajtimit të Shqipërisë." This organization, founded in 2004, is based in Shkoder. Its chairman is Mustafë Daija.

The same source indicated that there has been "too many problems" with certificates from some Albanian blood feud organizations and recommended that the IRB confirm the authenticity of such certificates with the Committee of Nationwide Reconciliation.

No other information regarding an Albanian blood feud organization called "Misionaret E Paqes Dhe Pajtimeve Te Shqiperse" or "The Peace Reconciliation Missionaries of Albania" could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
