Please find attached an unofficial translation of the list of activities that constituted the divulging of "state secrets" in early June 1991. This list was published in the State Gazette [Sofia], translated by the Embassy of Bulgaria in Washington, D.C., and provided to the Immigration and Refugee Board Documentation Centre by a consultant with the International Human Rights Law Group in Washington, D.C.

There is no further information currently available to the IRBDC on state secrets in Bulgaria subsequent to information contained in previous Responses to Information Requests.
