Please find attached an excerpt from the Report on the Implementation of Task and Present Objectives in Foreign Policy of the Slovak Republic for 1993, faxed to the DIRB by the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Ottawa. In addition, please find attached two media reports on business and trade relations between the Slovak Republic and Cuba.

This response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
