Information on the arrest of the president
of the city congress of Itanhomi in the state of Minas Gerais on or
around February 1994 could not be found among the sources consulted
by the DIRB. As discussed, a map showing the location of a city
named Itanhomi in Minas Gerais state is currently unavailable to
the DIRB.
This Response was prepared after
researching publicly accessible information currently available to
the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does
not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular
