Mohamed Gibril Mussa, head of NSS. [SOM10034]

A Somali doctor in Ottawa states that Mohamed Gibril Mussa was the second man in the NSS from 1969 to 1979 and the head of the organization from 1979 until the end of December 1990 (16 Jan. 1992). According to him, Mussa is a member of the Majertein clan. This information was corroborated by a Somali researcher in the IRBDC.
