In 26 March 2003 correspondence, a representative of the office of the Attorney General of Justice (Procuradoria Geral de Justica), of the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais, stated that Jari Ferreira de Barros Filho is a member of the Minas Gerais civil police and is presently stationed in the city of Divino. No further information about Filho was offered by the representative (Brazil 26 Mar. 2003).
