Situation of Tutsis in the Rwandese Patriotic Army (RPA) and whether they are being targetted for mistreatment in 1999 [RWA31712.E]

According to Country Reports the current government is controlled by the "largely Tutsi" Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), and its military wing, the Rwandan Patriotic Army (RPA), and the RPA-dominated gendarmerie are responsible for security (1999).

Reports on whether the Tutsi in the RPA are targetted for mistreatment in 1999 could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
