Tehran, Evin prison: After having been arbitrarily detained on 1 July 2007, Mohamad Sadigh Kaboudvand suffered heart attack in his prison cell around 17 December 2008; he already had another heart attack on 19 May 2008; authorities have not taken action to guarantee access to proper medical treatment
