following.
The Consul General of Estonia in Toronto
and an official at the Mission of Estonia at the United Nations in
New York indicated in telephone interviews on 5 August 1992 that
Estonia began issuing passports as of July 1992. Estonian passports
are available to those who are at least 16 years of age. USSR
passports remain valid until 31 December 1992.
