A copy of an article entitle "Helicopter Gunships: To Fight Who?", that appeared in the Uganda People's Congress (UPC) weekly The People in October or November 1992 is currently unavailable to the DIRB. However, the following information may be noteworthy: A Ugandan plane reportedly carrying "a 19 tonne load of arms and ammunition" was forced to land at Zagreb airport and later impounded (New African Nov. 1991). The arms and ammunition were allegedly destined for rebel Croatians who were fighting for secession from Yugoslavia (ibid.).
