Please find attached copies of two laws from Sri Lanka, Penal Code (Amendment) Act, No. 22 of 1995, certified 31 October 1995, and Flora and Fauna Protection (Amendment) Act, No. 49 of 1993, certified 20 October 1993.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
