Astrid Jiménez, in a 12 May 2003 telephone interview, stated that she has served as an inspector at the Ninth Municipal Inspectorate of Police since November 1999, and that the Inspectorate's address is Carrera 50 No. 51-00, Bello, Antioquia. Inspector Jiménez added that reports are issued by the Inspectorate on regular paper because the lack of resources at the local level precludes access to high quality paper bearing an official letterhead. Furthermore, she claimed that reports issued by the Inspectorate do not require an official stamp.
